Cotton Mellon Repair Policy
Cotton Mellon products are crafted from quality materials to ensure satisfaction. We offer a 3 month warranty as per the *Warranty Grid. For any manufacturing defects within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees. We invite you to write to us at Contact@cottonmellon.com mentioning our order number. Our courier partner will get in touch with you to arrange a collection for your return. Please ensure that Items/Product returned must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories, and in its original packaging, including all marketing material such as warranty card (left blank), cloth bags, invoices and any other material received with the package. Once we receive the return shipment in our warehouse, an email confirming receipt of the package will be sent, and your request for repair would be initiated.
